About the HR Team

The Rondanini HR Team is a close-knit group of three who cover key areas in human resources. We handle employee relations, HR systems, learning and development, payroll, employee engagement, and culture. Despite our small size, we deliver exceptional results due to our diverse skills and expertise.

In employee relations, we excel at creating positive interactions, prioritising a harmonious work environment. We approach sensitive matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism, whether it's resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, or providing guidance. Our team stays updated with HR systems and technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency. 

In the upcoming months, the HR team at Rondanini is placing a significant emphasis on learning and development, prioritising the support and growth of employees in their careers.
